Tenant Waiver. Tenant hereby releases, waives and discharges the Landlord Parties from any and all claims Tenant might otherwise now or hereafter possess associated with, any loss covered by insurance (or which would have been covered by the insurance Tenant is required to carry hereunder), including the deductible portion thereof, regardless of cause.
