Common use of Tenant Waiver Clause in Contracts

Tenant Waiver. Except as provided in Section 14.3, Landlord shall not be liable to Tenant, and Tenant hereby waives all claims against Landlord, for injury or damage to any person or property in or about the Premises, Building, Property or common areas by or from any cause whatsoever, including without limitation any acts or omissions of Landlord, Landlord's property manager or any other tenants, licensees or invitees of the Building.
