Common use of Tenant’s Application Clause in Contracts

Tenant’s Application. It is understood that Tenant’s Application for Rental (“Application”) submitted to Landlord is incorporated herein and made part hereof including the information provided with the Application. Tenant acknowledges that Landlord relies on the representations contained in the Application. Any falsification or misstatement of any information whatsoever by the Tenant in the Application shall be grounds for termination of the Lease.
