Tenant’s Approval of TI Change. Tenant shall have ten (10) days after receipt of a TI Landlord Change Order Request to notify Landlord in writing of Tenant’s approval or rejection of the Landlord-requested TI Change, which approval shall not be unreasonably withheld, conditioned or delayed. Tenant’s failure to respond within such ten (10) day period shall be deemed approval by Tenant.
