Common use of Tenant’s Bicycles Clause in Contracts

Tenant’s Bicycles. Tenant’s employees shall be permitted to bring their bicycles (“Bicycles”) into the designated portions of the Building, subject to the provisions of this Section 5.4, and such additional reasonable rules and regulations as may be promulgated by Landlord from time to time (in Landlord’s reasonable discretion) that do not unreasonably interfere with Tenant’s ability to park its bicycles as contemplated herein and provided to Tenant (provided that Landlord shall not enact any such rules and regulations intended to discriminate against Tenant vis-à-vis the other tenants of the Building), and only to the extent such Bicycles are used for commuting to and from work by such employees. AT NO TIME ARE RIDERS ALLOWED TO RIDE ANY BICYCLE IN THE PREMISES, THE “GARAGE” (AS THAT TERM IS DEFINED BELOW), THE BUILDING, OR ANYWHERE ELSE WITHIN THE PROPERTY. RIDERS MUST ALWAYS WALK THEIR BICYCLES WITHIN THE PROPERTY BOUNDARIES. Storage of any Bicycle anywhere on the Property other than as expressly set forth in this Section 5.4 is prohibited. Tenant shall keep its employees informed of these rules and regulations and any modifications thereto.

Tenant’s employees shall be permitted to bring their bicycles (“Bicycles”) into the designated portions of the BuildingPremises, subject to the provisions of this Section 5.45.3, and such additional reasonable rules and regulations as may be promulgated by Landlord from time to time (in Landlord’s reasonable discretion) and provided to Tenant that do not unreasonably interfere with Tenant’s ability to park its bicycles as contemplated herein herein; however, if there is a conflict between this Lease and provided to Tenant (provided that Landlord shall not enact any such rules and regulations intended to discriminate against Tenant vis-à-vis the other tenants of the Building)regulations, and only to the extent such Bicycles are used for commuting to and from work by such employeesthis Lease shall prevail. AT NO TIME ARE RIDERS ALLOWED TO RIDE ANY BICYCLE IN THE PREMISES, THE “GARAGE” BUILDING (AS THAT TERM IS DEFINED BELOW)INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, THE LOBBY OF THE BUILDING), OR ANYWHERE ELSE WITHIN THE PROPERTYPROJECT. RIDERS MUST ALWAYS WALK THEIR BICYCLES WITHIN THOSE AREAS OF THE PROPERTY BOUNDARIESPROJECT DESIGNATED AS PEDESTRIAN AREAS OR WALKWAYS. The right provided to Tenant and its employees in this Section 5.3 shall be subject to the requirement that all bicycles be taken directly to the Premises. Storage of any Bicycle bicycle anywhere on the Property Project other than as expressly set forth in this Section 5.4 the Premises is prohibited.
