Tenant’s Building Percentage. The percentage determined by dividing the approximate rentable square footage of the Premises by the approximate total rentable square footage of the Building. Tenant’s Building Percentage is currently agreed to be the percentage set forth in section C.5. of the Information Sheet.

Tenant’s Building Percentage. Tenant’s Building Percentage is increased by 17.64%, and including the Existing Premises and the Suites 150 and 170 Expansion Space, Tenant’s total Building Percentage will be 79.60%.
Tenant’s Building Percentage. Tenant’s Building Percentage is increased to 35.58%.
Tenant’s Building Percentage. The percentage of the area of the Premises to the total area of the Building. Tenant’s Building Percentage is agreed to be three and 11/100 percent (3.11%) for the purpose of this Lease.
Tenant’s Building Percentage. While Tenant occupies the Space Reduction Suite Eighteen and Forty-One hundredth percent (18.41%). After Tenant vacates the Space Reduction Suite Twenty-Three and Five Tenths percent (23.5%)
Tenant’s Building Percentage. Tenant’s Building Percentage shall be Nine and forty-two hundredth percent (09.42%)
Tenant’s Building Percentage. The percentage determined by dividing the approximate square footage of the Premises by the approximate total square footage of the Building Tenant's Building Percentage is to be thirty-four and 9/10 percent (34.9%) for the purposes of this Lease.
