Area of the Building definition

Area of the Building means the aggregate total number of rentable square feet of office (and retail, if applicable) floor area contained in the Building as set forth in the Basic Terms attached hereto as Exhibit "A" and incorporated herein for all purposes.
Area of the Building. 192,472 square feet, the stipulated total number of square feet of Rentable Area in the Building.

  • Landlord and Tenant agree that for all purposes of this Lease the Rentable Area of the Premises, the Rentable Area of the Building, the Rentable Area of the Phase and the Rentable Area of the Project as set forth in Article One are controlling, and are not subject to revision after the date of this Lease, except as otherwise provided herein.

  • In the event this Lease is not terminated, the Rentable Area of the Building, the Rentable Area of the Premises and Tenant's Pro Rata Share shall be appropriately adjusted.

  • Landlord shall also have the right, in its sole discretion, to allocate and prorate any portion or portions of the Operating Costs on a building-by-building basis, on an aggregate basis of all buildings in the Project, or any other reasonable manner, and if allocated on a building-by-building basis, then Tenant’s Proportionate Share shall, as to the portion of the Operating Costs so allocated, be based on the ratio of the Rentable Area of the Premises to the Rentable Area of the Building.

  • In the event Tenant’s Percentage Share is changed during a calendar year by reason of a change in the Rentable Area of the Premises or a change in the total Rentable Area of the Building, Tenant’s Percentage Share shall thereafter mean the result obtained by dividing the then Rentable Area of the Premises by the then total Rentable Area of the Building and multiplying such quotient by one hundred (100).

  • Any change in the Rentable Floor Area of the Building on account of casualty, condemnation, or the like shall be determined from time to time by Landlord based on area computations supplied by Landlord’s architect, which determinations shall be conclusive.

  • The use of prescribed approaches can foster reliability and validity in a research.

  • Tenant acknowledges and agrees that the Rentable Area of the Building and the Rentable Area of the Premises stated in the Basic Lease Provisions are approximations only and that the amounts so stated are accepted as final and binding upon Tenant and Landlord for all purposes of this Lease.

  • Rentable Area of the Premises The amount of square footage set forth in Section 1.01(10).

  • The Building means any building of which the Property forms part.

  • Common Area means all real property owned by the Association for the common use and enjoyment of the Owners.

  • Building means any structure used or intended for supporting or sheltering any use or occupancy;

  • Building Area means the only area upon which the erection and use of buildings and structures shall be permitted but may include areas of Landscaped Open Space.

  • Office Building (Premises), means a building or premises or part thereof whose sole or principal use is for an office or for office purposes or clerical work. "Office purposes" includes the purpose of administration, clerical work, handling money, telephone, telegraph and computer operation; and "clerical work" includes writing, book-keeping, sorting papers typing, filing, duplicating, punching cards or tapes, machines calculations, drawing of matter for publication and editorial preparation of matter for publication.

  • Building Common Areas means with respect to the Tower, the areas, facilities and amenities specified in Schedule [E] which are to be used and enjoyed in common with all the other Apartment Acquirers of the Units in the Building; and

  • Leased Premises means the Leased Premises as defined in Paragraph 1.

  • Adjacent area means the area outside the affected area or permit area where air, surface or ground water, fish, wildlife, vegetation or other resources protected by Chapter 1513. of the Revised Code, determined according to the context in which "adjacent area" is used, are or reasonably could be expected to be adversely affected by proposed coal mining and reclamation operations including probable impacts from underground workings. With respect to underground mining operations, "adjacent area" shall include, at a minimum, the surface areas above full coal recovery areas.

  • Building Drain means that part of the lowest horizontal piping of a drainage system which receives the discharge from soil, waste, and other drainage pipes inside the walls of the building and conveys it to the building sewer, beginning five (5) feet (1.5 meters) outside the inner face of the building wall.
