Common use of Tenant's Construction Cost Clause in Contracts

Tenant's Construction Cost. Tenant's Construction Costs" means the total amount actually paid by Landlord under the Construction Contract(s) for the Initial Leasehold Improvements, including labor, material, and fees, and as increased or decreased pursuant to any change order executed by Landlord and Tenant in accordance with the provisions of this EXHIBIT B.
