Tenant's Exclusive Right to Erect Signs. Tenant shall have the exclusive right to erect and maintain upon the Leased Property all signs which lawfully may be placed thereon and which it deems appropriate to the conduct of its business. Landlord shall not place any signs or advertising matter of any nature upon any part of the Leased Property or permit others to do so.
