Common use of Tenant’s Plans Clause in Contracts

Tenant’s Plans. Landlord acknowledges and agrees that any architectural plans, layouts, and drawings (individually and collectively, “Lyft Drawings”) may be used by Landlord solely in connection with and for the build-out of the Premises and future reference or use as may be required in the normal course of owning and operating a commercial office building, and for no other purpose. Nothing in this Lease shall be construed as granting any rights under any copyright or other intellectual property right of any nature of Tenant in and to the Lyft Drawings, and Landlord acknowledges that Landlord has no ownership rights to the Lyft Drawings.

Nothing in the Lease or this Lease Third Amendment shall be construed as granting any rights under any copyright or other intellectual property right of any nature of Tenant in and to the Lyft Drawings, and Landlord acknowledges that Landlord has no ownership rights to the Lyft Drawings.

Nothing in the Lease or this Lease Second Amendment shall be construed as granting any rights under any copyright or other intellectual property right of any nature of Tenant in and to the Lyft Drawings, and Landlord acknowledges that Landlord has no ownership rights to the Lyft Drawings.

Nothing in the Lease or this Lease Fifth Amendment shall be construed as granting any rights under any copyright or other intellectual property right of any nature of Tenant in and to the Lyft Drawings, and Landlord acknowledges that Landlord has no ownership rights to the Lyft Drawings.
