Common use of Tenant’s Right to Building Signage Clause in Contracts

Tenant’s Right to Building Signage. Subject to the terms of this Section 8, from and after April 1, 2015. Tenant shall have the right to install, maintain, repair, replace and operate the Building Signage (defined below). As used herein. “Building Signage” means a sign that (i) bears the Tenant Name (defined in Section 4.1 of Exhibit F to the Lease) and is located at the top of the exterior side of the Building facing Technology Drive, as more particularly shown in Exhibit D attached hereto.
