Tender Prices. 2.10.1 The tenderer shall indicate on the appropriate Price Schedule the unit prices and total tender price of the goods it proposes to supply under the contract 2.10.2 Prices indicated on the Price Schedule shall include all costs including taxes, insurances and delivery to the premises of the entity. 2.10.3 Prices quoted by the tenderer shall be fixed during the Tender’s performance of the contract and not subject to variation on any account. A tender submitted with an adjustable price quotation will be treated as non-responsive and will be rejected, pursuant to paragraph 2.22 2.10.4 The validity period of the tender shall be 60 days from the date of opening of the tender.

Tender Prices. 18.1 All Goods and Services identified in the Supply and Installation Cost Sub-Tables in System Inventory Tables in Section VII, and all other Goods and Services proposed by the Tenderer to fulfill the requirements of the Information System, must be priced separately and summarized in the corresponding cost tables in the Sample Tendering Forms (Section IV), in accordance with the instructions provided in the tables and in the manner specified below. 18.2 Unless otherwise specified in the TDS, the Tenderer must also tender Recurrent Cost Items specified in the Technical Requirements, Recurrent Cost Sub-Table of the System Inventory Tables in Section VII (if any). These must be priced separately and summarized in the corresponding cost table sin the Sample Tendering Forms (Section IV), in accordance with the instructions provided in the tables and in the manner specified below: a) If specified in the TDS, the Tenderer must also tender separate enforceable contracts for the Recurrent Cost Items not included in the main Contract; b) prices for Recurrent Costs are all-inclusive of the costs of necessary Goods such as spare parts, software license renewals, labor, etc., needed for the continued and proper operation of the Information System and, if appropriate, of the Tenderer's own allowance for price increases; c) prices for Recurrent Costs beyond the scope of warranty services to be incurred during the Warranty Period, defined in GCC Clause 29.4 and prices for Recurrent Costs to be incurred during the Post- Warranty Period, defined in SCC Clause 1.1. (e) (xiii), shall be quoted as Service prices on the Recurrent Cost Sub-Table in detail, and on the Recurrent Cost Summary Table in currency totals. 18.3 Unit prices must be quoted at a level of detail appropriate for calculation of any partial deliveries or partial payments under the contract, in accordance with the Implementation Schedule in Section VII), and with GCC and SCC Clause 12Terms of Payment. Tenderers may be required to provide a breakdown of any composite or lump-sum items included in the Cost Tables 18.4 The price of items that the Tenderer has left blank in the cost tables provided in the Sample Tender Forms (Section IV) shall be assumed to be included in the price of other items.
