Common use of Tennis Clause in Contracts

Tennis. To the extent reasonably practicable prior to Practical Completion, and from Practical Completion the Applicant must ensure that the Property is maintained and the tennis facility, and any other facilities which formed part of the Project, at the Property are operated in accordance with the ongoing obligations in paragraphs 4.1 to 4.12 (inclusive) of this Schedule 4. Reputation The Applicant must ensure that no member of the governing body, employee or volunteer of the Applicant: acts dishonestly or negligently at any time, directly or indirectly to the detriment of the Project; or takes any actions which, in the LTA’s reasonable opinion, bring or are likely to bring the LTA’s name or reputation into disrepute.
