Tennis. To the extent reasonably practicable prior to Practical Completion, and from Practical Completion the Applicant must ensure that the Property is maintained and the tennis facility, and any other facilities which formed part of the Project, at the Property are operated in accordance with the ongoing obligations in paragraphs 4.1 to 4.12 (inclusive) of this Schedule 4.
