Youth Programming Clause Samples

Youth Programming. MSCR shall be entitled to the non-exclusive right to use City- owned tennis courts for its youth tennis programming. While the Parks Division will take reasonable measures to prevent a conflict in use of the City’s tennis facilities between MSCR’s youth programming and other parties, this use will ultimately be subject to public reservations and MSCR may need to relocate to other Facilities.
Youth Programming. SWIF will expand upon its existing mission and programming to include youth educational opportunities surrounding art, culture, and history. This will include executing school outreach and school tours, developing youth-based curriculum, and facilitating youth-based arts programs. These programs will drive the mission of both SWIF and City Tourism by identifying opportunities for sustainable tourism and driving community awareness about the Cultural Center and its programs.
