Common use of Tentative Agreement Clause in Contracts

Tentative Agreement. 4.4.1 Both parties agree that it is their mutual responsibility to empower their respective representatives with the necessary authority to make proposals, to consider proposals, and counter proposals in the course of negotiations, and to reach tentative agreements subject to ratification by the Board and USPA. 4.4.2 When tentative agreement is reached on any item, it shall be reduced to writing, and signed and dated by the chief negotiator of each team. When tentative agreement is reached on all items, they shall be submitted first to the membership of USPA for ratification and then to the Board for ratification. Items that have received tentative agreement cannot be reconsidered unless mutually agreed upon by both parties.
