Common use of Tenure Period Clause in Contracts

Tenure Period. Each bargaining unit employee whose position entitles him/her to achieve tenure under the Rules and Regulations of the State Board of Education shall serve a pre-tenure period of three (3) years for the purpose of achieving tenure within a Department.
