Common use of Tenure Policy Clause in Contracts

Tenure Policy. In the event that the Michigan Teacher Tenure Act is repealed by the Michigan Legislature, the Board agrees that effective with the date of repeal and upon request of the Association, to negotiate relative to any conditions of employment previously covered by the act that are not already covered by this Agreement and not specifically prohibited by law.
