Tenure Stream Position Complement. 20.01 Except with the consent of both Parties, there shall be no layoff of Employees for redundancy, or for any financial reason, during the lifetime of this Agreement. Termination of employment during the period of appointment shall only be by resignation or for just cause (as set forth in Article 14).
