Common use of Tenured/Tenure-Track Faculty Clause in Contracts

Tenured/Tenure-Track Faculty. 10.3.1.1 The District shall provide to each eligible faculty member a choice, including at least one (1) Health Maintenance Organization Plan option, of comprehensive group medical plan options during open enrollment periods. The open enrollment period for enrollment or changes in group insurance will be held once annually as announced by the District Benefits Office.
