Common use of TERM AND CANCELLATION Clause in Contracts

TERM AND CANCELLATION. 11.01 This Agreement shall be in full force and effect for a period of (1) month from the date hereof, and shall continue thereafter from month to month until terminated by either party on seven (7) days written notice, except under strike conditions wherein the Company reserves the right to cancel this Agreement at any time without reference to the seven (7) days written notice.
