Common use of Term and Conditions of Coverage Clause in Contracts

Term and Conditions of Coverage. A part-time temporary faculty member or temporary adjunct faculty member who was eligible for coverage and who has prepaid the premium(s) via the POP for the entire Spring and Fall semesters of any plan year shall remain eligible for coverage during the time between the end of that Spring semester and the beginning of the subsequent Fall semester contingent upon verification of continued eligibility. The premium payments shall equate to twelve months coverage and shall be deducted from ten monthly pay periods for each twelve-month coverage period.
