Term and Extension of Term. The term of this Agreement shall be the Effective Date through [@@] (the “Initial Term”). NYC Health + Hospitals shall have the right to renew this Agreement for two successive one-year periods following the Initial Term by providing written notice to the Vendor 30 days prior to the expiration of the then current term, each year a renewal term (“Renewal Term”)
Term and Extension of Term. The term of the Lease shall commence on July 1, 1997, on which date possession of the Leased Property shall be delivered to Lessee by Lessor, and, unless sooner terminated as provided in the Lease, shall end on June 30, 2006. In addition, Lessee shall have the option to extend the term of the Lease, for not less than the entire Leased Property at the end of the initial term, on all the provisions contained herein for one (1) five-year renewal period by giving Lessor notice of the exercise of such option at least ninety (90) days prior to the expiration of the initial term.
Term and Extension of Term. The term of the Option (the "Term") shall be for a period commencing on the date of this Agreement and ending December 31, 2013, (the "Initial Term") unless extended. Optionee may request an extension of the Term for an additional six (6) months (the "Extended Term") by giving written notice, accompanied by payment of One Dollar ($1.00) (the “Extension Payment”), to OCII, at any time prior to the expiration of the Initial Term. The Extended Term shall commence on 12:01 A.M. on the day immediately following the expiration of the Initial Term and shall end on June 30, 2014.
Term and Extension of Term. (1) The Lessee shall have possession of the Premises for a term of twelve (12) years commencing on January 15, 2013 and ending on January 14, 2025 (the “Term”), unless terminated early in accordance with the terms of this Lease.
Term and Extension of Term. The Lease Term for the 6th Floor Space shall end on June 30, 2015, unless sooner terminated in accordance with the terms of the Lease. The Lease Term for the entire Premises shall be extended by three (3) years and nine (9) months, to June 30, 2015, on the terms and conditions set forth herein. The Tenant may extend the Lease Term in accordance with Section 16 herein.
Term and Extension of Term. The term of the Option (the "Term") commences on the date of this Agreement and ends on the earliest to occur of: (i) November 1, 2021 (as such date may be extended below), (ii) the execution of the DDA, and (iii) the occurrence of a Default Termination (as defined in Section 11 below). So long as the Optionee is not then in default under this Agreement or any other agreements with the County, Optionee may request an extension of the Term to enable the Option to be coterminous with the ENRA.
Term and Extension of Term. 3. The term of this Agreement commences on November 15, 2012 and ends on November 14, 2017, unless earlier terminated as provided for herein (“Term”).
