Common use of Term and Fees Clause in Contracts

Term and Fees. 1.1 Experian and the Client agree that (in consideration of the payment by the Client to Experian at the request of Experian of the sum of £1) this Agreement shall commence on the Commencement Date and shall continue in force for so long as Experian provides services in connection with the Project, subject to either party submitting a termination notice to the other party at any time. The Client shall be permitted to use the Custom Programmatic Audiences whilst the Keys are available within the Enrichment Trading Environment irrespective of the term of any other agreement between Experian and the Client. Termination or expiry of this Agreement shall not affect any rights, obligations or liabilities of either party which have accrued before termination or which are intended to continue to have effect beyond termination. Any use of the Keys or Custom Programmatic Audience, after the termination or expiry of this Agreement, by Client, its agent, contractors or any party acting on behalf of or for the Client shall be subject to this Agreement in respect to the Client’s obligations and liabilities.
