Common use of Term and Subscription Period Clause in Contracts

Term and Subscription Period. The term of this Agreement shall begin on the Effective Date and shall continue for an initial term of 24 months. If not terminated sooner, this Agreement shall automatically renew at the end of the initial term and shall thereafter continue for successive annual periods until terminated by either party upon not less than sixty (60) days’ written notice prior to the expiration of the then current renewal term for cause pursuant to Section 10.1. 4 CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITIES
