License from Customer. Subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement, CUSTOMER shall grant to WSP a limited, non-exclusive and non-transferable license, to copy, store, configure, perform, display and transmit Customer Data solely as necessary to provide the SaaS Services to CUSTOMER.
License from Customer. Subject to the terms and conditions of this SaaS Agreement, Customer shall grant to SailPoint a limited, non-exclusive and non-transferable license, to copy, store, configure, perform, display and transmit Customer Content solely as necessary to provide the SaaS Services to Customer.
License from Customer. Subject to the terms and conditions of this SaaS Agreement, Customer shall grant to Whatfix a limited, non-exclusive and non-transferable license, to copy, store, configure, perform, display and transmit Customer Content solely as necessary to provide the SaaS Services to Customer pursuant to this Agreement and the applicable Order Form.
License from Customer. Customer grants no rights to SVTC except for a non-exclusive, non-transferable, royalty-free license under Customer’s applicable Intellectual Property Rights, to use any of Customer’s Technology, products or processes as necessary for SVTC to provide the services requested by Customer pursuant to this Agreement, for the purposes of this Agreement.
License from Customer. Subject to the terms and conditions of this SaaS Agreement, Customer shall grant to Intraway a limited, non-exclusive and non-transferable license to copy, store, configure, perform, display and transmit Customer Content solely as necessary to provide the SaaS Services to Customer.
License from Customer. Subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement, Customer grants NetSuite the non-exclusive non-transferable (except in connection with an assignment under Section 12 herein) license to copy, store, record, transmit, maintain, display, view, print, or otherwise use Customer Data to the extent necessary to provide the Service to Customer. Customer agrees that the license to Customer Data shall survive the termination of this Agreement for one year, solely for the purpose of storing backup Customer Data at an offsite storage facility.
License from Customer. Subject to the terms and conditions of this SaaS Agreement, Customer shall grant to EFI a limited, non-exclusive and non-transferable license, to copy, store, configure, perform, display and transmit Customer Content solely as necessary to provide the SaaS Services to Customer.
License from Customer. Subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement, including without limitation Section 11, Customer grants to Anduin a limited, non-exclusive and non-transferable license during the applicable Subscription Term, to copy, store, configure, perform, display and transmit Customer Content solely as necessary to provide the SaaS Services to Customer.
License from Customer. As between the parties, Customer shall own all right, title and interest in and to the Customer Content, provided that SafetyKit is hereby granted a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, fully paid-up, sublicensable, irrevocable, right and license to access, use, reproduce, modify, translated, adapt, and make derivative works of the Customer Content for the purpose of providing the Service to Customer and its Authorized Users during the term of this Agreement, which includes processing Customer Content to produce Reviews for Customer and it.
License from Customer. Customer grants to Commence, and Commence hereby accepts, the nonexclusive, worldwide , royalty-free right (i) to use, copy, transmit, host, adapt and display any data, information, applications, program code or other materials, provided by Customer in the course of using the Services ("Customer Data") solely to the extent necessary to provide the Services to Customer, and (ii) to use in any manner any feedback, suggestions or recommendations communicated to Commence. Customer acknowledges and agrees that Customer Data may be transferred outside of the country of Customer's operations and facilities. In addition, Customer acknowledges and agrees that it is Customer's obligation to inform third parties of the processing of Customer Data and to ensure that such third parties have given their consent to such processing as required by all applicable data protection laws. Customer shall have sole responsibility for all Customer Data, including without limitation the accuracy, quality, integrity, legality, reliability, protection, backup, appropriateness and copyright of all Customer Data.
