Term and Territory. 6.1 The term of the Agreement shall be co-terminus with a certain Employment Agreement dated October 14, 2000 between World Wrestling Federation Entertainment, Inc. and Xxxxx X. XxXxxxx ("Contract"). In the event the Contract is terminated for any reason, it is agreed that this Agreement shall automatically terminate effective the date of termination of the Contract.
