Common use of Term Appointments Clause in Contracts

Term Appointments. For the purposes of seniority, employees hired on term appointments will not be considered as new employees if they are rehired within 6 months of a previous termination. Their seniority will accumulate on the basis of actual time worked in the bargaining unit.
