Employer hereby continues to employ Employee as a full-time, at-will employee, and Employee accepts his continued employment with Employer as a full-time, at-will employee. Employer or Employee may terminate this Agreement at any time and for any reason, with or without cause and with or without notice, subject to the provisions of this Agreement.
