TERM, EFFECTIVE DATE, AMENDMENT AND RENEWAL. 2.1 Term and Effective Date--This Agreement and any supplements thereto shall be in full force and effect from the date of approval by the Director of Personnel, USDA. Its term shall be concurrent with the term of the Basic Agreement.
