Relief Breaks. It shall be the responsibility of the site administrator to see that, through class and assignment schedules, each unit member has time for a physical relief break daily, if requested.
Relief Breaks. All full-time employees shall be allowed one (1) relief break of fifteen (15) minutes in duration during the first (1st) half of the shift and another relief break of fifteen (15) minutes in duration during the second (2nd) half of the shift. Past practice shall continue regarding relief breaks for part-time employees.
Relief Breaks. All eight (8) hour employees will be entitled to a fifteen (15) minute paid relief break during each consecutive four (4) hour period worked as arranged by the employee’s supervisor. All personnel who work less than eight (8) hours per day (except bus drivers) will be entitled to a relief break during the first and second half of their shift as arranged by the employee’s supervisor. The length of the break shall be prorated to the hours they work during each segment of their shift.
Relief Breaks. There shall be two (2) fifteen (15) minute paid rest periods for each eight (8) hour shift. These rest periods require that the Employee be properly relieved before leaving their post. One rest period shall be in the first half of the shift and the second rest period shall be in the last half of the shift. The Company recognizes the requirement to make its best efforts to provide regularly-scheduled breaks. It is not the intent of the Company to avoid this requirement.

The parties agree that the Employer shall provide a room designated as an "employee break room".
Relief Breaks. The Parties recognize that temporary relief breaks are desirable for those inspectors who are working xxxxxxxxx line positions. A total of thirty (30) minutes break time in an eight (8) hour day shall be regularly scheduled after discussion with the Union's Local representative. The above will be in addition to plant breaks. The only exceptions to the above shall be in the following situations: 1. Where it is physically impossible to provide the break time due to a temporary manpower shortage. If this exception is exercised, the supervisor shall furnish the plant representative with the reasons. Where it is agreed by the supervisor and plant representative that the full 30-minute break time cannot be given for a temporary period. The Parties shall examine the administration of relief breaks in the context of the joint committee to be established under Article XIII, Section M.
