Common use of Term Extension Clause in Contracts

Term Extension. Unless either party notifies the other in writing at least 90 days prior to the expiration of this contract, this Contract shall be extended for an additional period of three (3) years not to exceed more than six (6) additional years, provided that the Contractor satisfies the minimum standards for CSP certification then in effect.
