TERM OF GRANT CONTRACT. B.1. This Grant Contract shall be effective for the period beginning on January 1, 2022 (“Effective Date”) and ending on June 30, 2023 (“Term”). The State shall have no obligation to the Grantee for fulfillment of the Scope outside the Term.

TERM OF GRANT CONTRACT. 1.1 Effective date: 04/04/2011, or the date the State obtains all required signatures under Minnesota Statutes Section 16C.05, subdivision 2, whichever is later.   • Use of Grant Funds Grantee shall use the Grant Funds only for Eligible Expenses as set forth in Appendix A and for no other purpose. Grantee shall expend the Grant Funds in accordance with the Budget and shall obtain the prior approval of City before transferring expenditures from one line item to another within the Budget.
