Common use of Term Extension Clause in Contracts

Term Extension. The term of the Lease shall be extended for 86 months (the “Extension Term”), ending on December 31, 2020. The definition of “Term Expiration Date” as set forth in Section 4.2 of the Lease shall be deleted in its entirety and shall be replaced with December 31, 2020.

Term Extension. The term Term of the Lease is hereby extended for an additional approximately four (4) year term commencing on the date of this Second Amendment and expiring on March 31, 2013, which shall be extended for 86 months (the “Extension Term”), ending on December 31, 2020. The definition of “new Term Expiration Date” as set forth in Section 4.2 of the Lease shall be deleted in its entirety and shall be replaced with December 31, 2020.

Term Extension. The term of the Lease shall be is hereby extended for 86 months a period of five (5) years (the “Extension Extended Term”), ending on December 31commencing March 1, 20202010 and terminating February 28, 2015, unless sooner terminated in accordance with its terms. The definition of “Term Expiration Date” as set forth in Section 4.2 Throughout the Extended Term, the Leased Premises shall be subject to the terms and conditions of the Lease shall be deleted in its entirety and shall be replaced with December 31Lease, 2020except as expressly modified by this Amendment.
