Common use of Term for Perpetual Licenses Clause in Contracts

Term for Perpetual Licenses. If Customer purchases a perpetual License for Software as set forth in the Order, this Section 14.1(a) will apply. The Order and this Agreement shall commence on the date that Customer executed the Order and, Customer’s License to the Software will continue in perpetuity in accordance with the terms of this Agreement.
