Term of Agreement — Continuation Clause. 1.1.1 This Agreement is binding on the respective Parties from April 19, 2011 to and including March 31, 2012 and thereafter from year to year unless written notice of intent to amend or terminate is given by either Party to the other Party any time within three (3) months prior to the expiration of the Agreement, or any other time frame as may be mutually agreed. During such period of negotiations, this Agreement shall remain in full force and effect.
