Term of Agreement — Continuation Clause. 1.2.1 This Agreement is binding on the respective parties from April 1, 2001 to and including March 31, 2004. 1.2.2 This Agreement shall continue thereafter from year to year unless written notice of intent to amend or terminate the Agreement is given by either party to the other party any time within four (4) months prior to the expiration of the Agreement. Both parties shall be deemed to have given notice of the intent to renegotiate if no notice is given by either party ninety (90) days before the expiry of the agreement. 1.2.3 This agreement shall continue in full force and effect during such period of negotiations.
