Common use of Term of Agreement; Termination Clause in Contracts

Term of Agreement; Termination. a) The initial term of the Agreement will be from October 1, 2019 and through September 30, 2024 (Initial Term) and is subject to earlier termination as provided below. UC may renew the Agreement for Five (5) successive One (1) -year periods (each, a Renewal Term), by providing Supplier with at least Thirty (30) calendar days’ written notice before the end of the Initial Term or any Renewal Term.

Term of Agreement; Termination. aA) The initial term of the Agreement will be from October 1April 15th, 2019 and 2020 through September 30April 14th, 2024 2025 (Initial Term) and is subject to earlier termination as provided below. UC may renew the Agreement for Five (5) successive One (1) -year 1)-year periods (each, a Renewal Term), by providing Supplier with at least Thirty (30) calendar days’ written notice before the end of the Initial Term or any Renewal Term.

UC may renew the Agreement for Five seven (57) successive One one (1) -year periods (each, a Renewal Term), by providing Supplier with at least Thirty thirty (30) calendar days’ written notice before the end of the Initial Term or any Renewal Term.

UC may renew the Agreement for Five (5) five successive One (1) -year -year periods (each, a Renewal Term), by providing Supplier with at least Thirty (30) 30 calendar days’ written notice before the end of the Initial Term or any Renewal Term.

UC may renew the Agreement for Five (5) 7 successive One (1) -year one-year periods (each, a Renewal Term), by providing Supplier with at least Thirty (30) 30 calendar days’ written notice before the end of the Initial Term or any Renewal Term.

Term of Agreement; Termination. a) The term of the Agreement will be from 9/1/21 and through 8/31/24 and is subject to earlier termination as provided below. It may be extended upon the agreement of the parties. The initial term of the Agreement will be from October 1, 2019 9/1/21 and through September 30, 2024 8/31/24 (Initial Term) and is subject to earlier termination as provided below. UC may renew the Agreement for Five (5) seven successive One (1) -year one-year periods (each, a Renewal Term), by providing Supplier with at least Thirty (30) 60 calendar days’ written notice before the end of the Initial Term or any Renewal Term.

Term of Agreement; Termination. a) The initial term of the Agreement will be from October 1May 26th, 2019 2023 and through September 30May 26th, 2024 2028 (Initial Term) and is subject to earlier termination as provided below. UC may renew the Agreement for Five (5) 5 successive One (1) -year one-year periods (each, a Renewal Term), by providing Supplier with at least Thirty (30) 45 calendar days’ written notice before the end of the Initial Term or any Renewal Term.

UC may renew the Agreement for Five (5) 2 successive One (1) -year -year periods (each, a Renewal Term), by providing Supplier with at least Thirty (30) 30 calendar days’ written notice before the end of the Initial Term or any Renewal Term.

UC may renew the Agreement for Five two (52) successive One one (1) -year year periods (each, a Renewal Term), by providing Supplier with at least Thirty (30) calendar days’ written notice before the end of the Initial Term or any Renewal Term.

Term of Agreement; Termination. a) The term of the Agreement will be from 11/1/2023 and through 10/31/2030 and is subject to earlier termination as provided below. It may be extended upon the agreement of the parties. The initial term of the Agreement will be from October 1, 2019 and 11/1/2023 through September 30, 2024 10/31/2030 (Initial Term) and is subject to earlier termination as provided below. UC may renew the Agreement for Five (53) successive One (1) -year -year periods (each, a Renewal Term), by providing the Supplier with at least Thirty (30) calendar days’ written notice before the end of the Initial Term or any Renewal Term.

Term of Agreement; Termination. a) The initial term of the Agreement will be from October 1April 27, 2019 2020 and through September 30April 26, 2024 2027 (Initial Term) and is subject to earlier termination as provided below. UC may renew the Agreement for Five three (53) successive One (1) -year periods (each, a Renewal Term), by providing Supplier with at least Thirty (30) calendar days’ written notice before the end of the Initial Term or any Renewal Term.one

UC may renew the Agreement for Five Two (52) successive One (1) -year periods (each, a Renewal Term), by providing Supplier with at least Thirty (30) calendar days’ written notice before the end of the Initial Term or any Renewal Term.One

UC may renew the Agreement for Five (5) 3 successive One (1) 1 -year periods (each, a Renewal Term), by providing Supplier with at least Thirty (30) calendar days’ written notice before the end of the Initial Term or any Renewal Term.
