Common use of Term of Consultancy Clause in Contracts

Term of Consultancy. Company hereby agrees to retain the Consultant to act in a consulting capacity to the Company, and the Consultant hereby agrees to provide services to the Company commencing on the Effective Date and ending 6 MONTHS from the Effective Date unless terminated pursuant to Section 8 of this Agreement.

Term of Consultancy. The Company hereby agrees to retain the Consultant to act in a consulting capacity to the Company, and the Consultant hereby agrees to provide services the Consulting Services to the Company during the period commencing on the Effective Date date first above written and ending 6 MONTHS from the Effective Date on February 11, 2008, unless this Agreement is earlier terminated pursuant to Section 8 of this Agreementby either party hereto.

Term of Consultancy. Company hereby agrees to retain the Consultant to act in a consulting capacity to the Company, and the Consultant hereby agrees to provide services to the Company commencing on the Effective Date immediately and ending 6 MONTHS from the Effective Date on March 15, 2010 unless otherwise terminated pursuant to Section 8 of this Agreementearlier as provided herein.

Company hereby agrees to retain the Consultant to act in a consulting capacity to the Company, and the Consultant hereby agrees to provide services to the Company commencing on the Effective Date immediately and ending 6 MONTHS from the Effective Date on September 27, 2008, unless otherwise terminated pursuant to Section 8 of this Agreementearlier as provided herein.

Term of Consultancy. The Company hereby agrees to retain the Consultant to act in a consulting capacity to the Company, and the Consultant hereby agrees to provide services the Consulting Services to the Company during the period commencing on the Effective Date date first above written and ending 6 MONTHS from the Effective Date on April 30, 2011, unless this Agreement is earlier terminated pursuant to Section 8 of this Agreementby either party hereto.

Term of Consultancy. Term of Consultancy. Company hereby agrees to retain the Consultant to act in a consulting capacity to the Company, and the Consultant hereby agrees to provide services to the Company commencing on the Effective Date immediately and ending 6 MONTHS from on February 27, 2007 unless otherwise mutually agreed to by the Effective Date unless terminated pursuant to Section 8 of this Agreementparties.

Term of Consultancy. Company hereby agrees to retain the Consultant to act in a consulting capacity to the Company, and the Consultant hereby agrees to provide services to the Company commencing on the Effective Date immediately and ending 6 MONTHS from the Effective Date on July 3rd, 2008 unless otherwise terminated pursuant to Section 8 of this Agreementearlier as provided herein.

Term of Consultancy. The Company hereby agrees to retain the Consultant to act in a non-exclusive consulting capacity to the Company, and the Consultant hereby agrees to provide services to the Company from the period (the “Term”) commencing on the Effective Date February 1, 2019 and ending 6 MONTHS from on the Effective Date unless date this Agreement is terminated pursuant to Section 8 of this Agreementhereof (the “Termination Date”).

Term of Consultancy. Company hereby agrees to retain the Consultant to act in a consulting capacity to the Company, and the Consultant hereby agrees to provide services to the Company commencing on from the Effective Date date that this contract is effective and ending 6 MONTHS from twelve (12) months after the Effective Date unless terminated pursuant to Section 8 of this Agreementdate upon which Company has completed its merger with an operating company.

Term of Consultancy. Company hereby agrees to retain the Consultant to act in a consulting capacity to the Company, and the Consultant hereby agrees to provide services to the Company commencing on the Effective Date once this contract has been executed and ending 6 MONTHS from the Effective Date unless terminated pursuant to Section 8 of this Agreement12 month thereafter.

Term of Consultancy. Company hereby agrees to retain the Consultant to act in a consulting capacity to the Company, and the Consultant hereby agrees to provide services to the Company commencing on the Effective Date and ending 6 MONTHS Months from the Effective Date unless terminated pursuant to Section 8 of this Agreement.
