Common use of Term of Consultancy Clause in Contracts

Term of Consultancy. Company hereby agrees to retain the Consultant to act in a consulting capacity to the Company, and the Consultant hereby agrees to provide services to the Company commencing on the Effective Date and ending 6 months from the Effective Date unless terminated pursuant to Section 8 of this Agreement.

Company hereby agrees to retain the Consultant to act in a consulting capacity to the Company, and the Consultant hereby agrees to provide services to the Company commencing on the Effective Date immediately and ending 6 months from the Effective Date on June 26th, 2007 unless otherwise terminated pursuant to Section 8 of this Agreementearlier as provided herein.

Term of Consultancy. Company hereby agrees to retain the Consultant to act in a consulting capacity to the Company, and the Consultant hereby agrees to provide services to the Company commencing on the Effective Date and ending 6 months Months from the Effective Date unless terminated pursuant to Section 8 of this Agreement.

Term of Consultancy. The Company hereby agrees to retain the Consultant to act in a non-exclusive consulting capacity to the Company, and the Consultant hereby agrees to provide services to the Company from the period (the “Term”) commencing on the Effective Date February 1, 2019 and ending 6 months from on the Effective Date unless date this Agreement is terminated pursuant to Section 8 of this Agreementhereof (the “Termination Date”).

Term of Consultancy. Company hereby agrees to retain the Consultant to act in a consulting capacity to the Company, and the Consultant hereby agrees to provide services to the Company Company, during the term commencing on the Effective Date and ending 6 months from on the one year anniversary of the Effective Date unless terminated pursuant to Section 8 (the “Term”, which shall include any extension of this Agreement.

Term of Consultancy. The Company hereby agrees to retain the Consultant to act in a consulting capacity to the Company, and the Consultant hereby agrees to provide the services specified herein to the Company commencing on through May 7, 2011 (the Effective Date and ending 6 months from the Effective Date “Term”), unless earlier terminated pursuant to Section 8 of this Agreementas set forth herein.”

Company hereby agrees to retain the Consultant to act in a consulting an advisory capacity to the Company, and the Consultant hereby agrees to provide services to the Company Company, for a twelve (12) month term, commencing on upon the Effective Date and ending 6 months from the Effective Date unless terminated pursuant to Section 8 of this Agreementterminating on January 11, 2019 (“Term”).

Term of Consultancy. Company hereby agrees to retain the Consultant to act in a consulting capacity to the Company, and the Consultant hereby agrees to provide services to the Company commencing on the Effective Date immediately and ending 6 months from on January 30, 2005 unless otherwise mutually agreed to by the Effective Date unless parties or terminated pursuant to Section 8 by Company with 30 days notice for nonperformance by Consultant of this Agreementits duties hereunder.

Term of Consultancy. Company hereby agrees to retain the Consultant to act in a consulting capacity to the Company, and the Consultant hereby agrees to provide services to the Company commencing on the Effective Date and ending 6 months from the Effective Date unless terminated pursuant to Section 8 of this Agreement. 2.
