TERM OF CONTRACTOR’S DOCUMENTS; PAYMENT TERMS. Contractor acknowledges and agrees that, to the extent a Contractor Document provides for alternate term or termination provisions, including automatic renewals, such sections shall be waived and shall have no force and effect. All Contractor Documents shall run concurrently with the term of this Contract; provided, however, to the extent the State has purchased a perpetual license to use the Contractor’s software, hardware or other services, such license shall remain in place unless expressly terminated in accordance with the terms of this Contract. Contractor acknowledges and agrees that, to the extent a Contractor Document provides for payment terms which differ from the payment terms set forth in Attachment B, such sections shall be waived and shall have no force and effect and the terms in Attachment B shall govern.

  • Term of Contract The term of this Contract shall be one (1) year commencing on the last date of approval by DIR and Vendor. Prior to expiration of the original term, DIR and Vendor may extend the Contract, upon mutual agreement, for up to three (3) optional one-year terms. Additionally, the parties by mutual agreement may extend the term for up to ninety (90) additional calendar days.

  • Term of Contract; Contract Extension The Contract will be in effect from the Effective Date (15 December 2016) through 31 December 2018. DAS, in its sole discretion, may extend this Contract for additional terms beyond the original term, prior to Termination or expiration, one or more times for a combined total period not to exceed the complete length of the original term.

  • Initial Contract Term The Initial Contract Term shall be for two years. The Initial Contract Term shall begin on October 1, 2021, or on the last date the Contract is signed by all Parties, whichever is later. The Contract shall expire on October 1, 2023, unless terminated earlier in accordance with the Special Contract Conditions or Additional Special Contract Conditions.

  • Additional Payment Terms a. On-Site Expenses. Customer will be billed for the expenses incurred in connection with the performance of any services, training, consulting or other services provided on-site at Customer’s location (including in connection with launching the Services), including the reasonable travel and per day expenses of each trainer or consultant. Pre-scheduled services which are to be performed on-site at Customer’s location may not be cancelled or re- scheduled within thirty (30) days of the beginning of such pre-scheduled services. In the event that Customer cancels or reschedules pre-scheduled on-site services within such thirty (30) day period, Customer shall be required to reimburse Company for any pre-paid non-cancellable pre-scheduled expenses associated with the on- site services.

  • Term of Contract and Termination 10.1 This Frame Capacity Contract shall come into force upon signing by both Parties.
