Term of Easement. The term of the Easement, unless sooner terminated under provisions of this Easement Agreement, shall be perpetual.
Term of Easement. This easement shall be for a period of five (5) years from the date of execution. Unless terminated as provided in section 3, below, the easement shall automatically renew thereafter, and shall remain in full force and effect unless and until terminated.

Term of Easement. The easement granted in this Agreement shall commence on the Effective Date hereof and continue in perpetuity, unless terminated by Grantee’s execution of an instrument that releases the Easement Area to Grantor.
Term of Easement. The term of the Permanent Easement, unless sooner terminated under provisions of this Easement Agreement, shall be perpetual. The term of the Temporary Easement, unless sooner terminated under provisions of this Easement Agreement shall be two (2) years from the Effective Date or completion of the project, whichever occurs first.
Term of Easement. The term of this easement is for the term of the 10 District’s License No. 2149 from the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission, any extension of 11 that license or any new license granted to the District.
Term of Easement. The term of this easement is perpetual.
