Common use of Term of Election Clause in Contracts

Term of Election. This Election and the provisions of my 2000 XXX Award and the Plan constitute the entire agreement between me and the Company regarding this matter, and will continue in full force and effect until and unless I execute a superseding distribution election pursuant to Section 8(c)(ii) of the Plan.
