Common use of Term of Service Agreements Clause in Contracts

Term of Service Agreements. A Service Agreement: (a) starts on its Service Commencement Date; (b) continues for any Minimum Term; and (c) may be terminated by either Party at the end of a Minimum Term, provided 3 months prior written notice has first been given – unless terminated earlier under its express terms.
