Term of SOWs. Unless specified otherwise in an SOW or earlier terminated in accordance with this Agreement, each SOW shall remain in full force and effect until expiration of this Agreement or until performance is completed and deliverables are accepted, whichever is later.
Term of SOWs. Each SOW remains in effect for the period specified therein. If no period is specified, the SOW will terminate once the Professional Services set forth in the SOW have been completed.
Term of SOWs. The term of an SOW starts on its effective date and terminates when all Other Services ordered under it are terminated or the term of such SOW is completed.

In the event that any SOW is in effect at the time of the termination or expiration of this CSA, the terms of this CSA shall continue for the sole purpose of giving effect to such SOW.
