Term of this Employment Agreement. Subject to Sections 4 and 5 hereof, the Term of this Employment Agreement shall be for an initial period of eighteen (18) months commencing April 1, 2000 and terminating September 30, 2001.

Term of this Employment Agreement. Subject to Sections 4 and 5 hereof, the Term of this Employment Agreement shall be for one year period of time commencing on March 9, 2012.
