Common use of Term of this Statement of Work Clause in Contracts

Term of this Statement of Work. The term of this Statement of Work will commence on March 1, 2023 (the “SOW Effective Date”) and will continue until February 29, 2028, with one (1) additional three-year option term, at the Judicial Council’s sole discretion, to extend through February 28, 2031. Expiration or termination of the Agreement will not serve to terminate this Statement of Work. All applicable terms and conditions of the Agreement will continue to apply to this Statement of Work until the expiration or termination of this Statement of Work.

Term of this Statement of Work. The term of this Statement of Work will commence on March 1June 30, 2023 2024 (the “SOW Effective Date”) and will continue until February June 29, 20282027; The Council may, with one at its sole option, extend the Agreement beyond the Initial Term for three (13) additional threeconsecutive one-year option term, at the Judicial Council’s sole discretion, term to extend through February 28June 29, 2031. Expiration or termination of the Agreement will not serve to terminate this Statement of Work2030. All applicable terms and conditions of the Agreement will continue to apply to this Statement of Work until the expiration or termination of this Statement of Work.
