Common use of Term; Renewal Agreement Clause in Contracts

Term; Renewal Agreement. The initial term of this Agreement is Sixty (60) months. Ex- cept in accord with the specific provisions of this Section III, this Agreement is non- cancelable by either party. At the conclusion of each sixty (60) month period, a renewal agreement subject to the then-current AEPC™ terms and conditions shall be issued to the Client as mutually agreed by the parties, with such agreement not to be unreasona- xxx withheld, conditioned, or delayed. At the time of issuance of such renewal agree- ment, Client must be in compliance with all terms and conditions of this Agreement, in- cluding, but not limited to, payment of Overage Charges and Minimum Maintenance Charges. The beginning Account Balance under such renewal agreement shall be equal to the amount of the Account Balance at the conclusion of this Agreement, calculated as described in Exhibit A.
