Term; Termination; Rights on Termination; Severance Payment. (a) The term of this Agreement shall begin on the Effective Date and continue for two (2) years. The term shall be automatically extended each year for another twelve months, unless either party gives notice three (3) months in advance of its termination date of her or its intent to terminate the Agreement, or unless terminated sooner as specifically provided herein.
