Common use of Term; Termination; Rights on Termination Clause in Contracts

Term; Termination; Rights on Termination. The term of this Agreement shall begin on the date hereof and continue through December 31, 2004 (the "Term"). Any renewal or extension of this Agreement must be in writing, signed by both parties hereto (except to the extent that such renewal is an automatic renewal contemplated by Section 12(b), in which case no writing shall be required). This Agreement and/or Employee's employment may be terminated earlier in any one of the following ways:

Any renewal , and, unless terminated sooner as herein provided or extension at the end of this Agreement must be the Term by either party, shall continue thereafter on a year-to-year basis on the same terms and conditions contained herein in writing, signed by both parties hereto (except to effect as of the extent that such renewal is an automatic renewal contemplated by Section 12(b), in which case no writing shall be required)time of renewal. This Agreement and/or and Employee's employment may be terminated earlier in any one of the following ways:
