TERMINABLE BENEFITS. Accrued unused vacation and acquisition vacation carry over hours will not be paid at termination. The Employer is responsible for providing adequate opportunity for employees to take their vacation annually. The Employer reserves the right to approve/grant vacation time to meet the needs of the business. Previously approved vacation time may be cancelled during the resignation period, or at any time based on work needs, staffing requirements, or patient/resident needs.
