Terminal Dates for Disbursement. The Lender may by notice to the Borrower suspend or cancel further disbursements of the Loan if the Loan shall not have been fully drawn within 60 (sixty) days from the Effective Date or such other period as may be decided by the Lender.

In the event of such cancellation, the amount drawn shall be treated as the Loan and not the amount stated in the Schedule - A. If the entire amount of the Loan is not drawn by the Borrower within a period of 24 months from the date of first Disbursement or such period as may be decided by the Lender from time to time, EMIs may be altered and rescheduled in such a manner and to such extent as the Lender may in its sole discretion, decide and the Re-payment will thereupon be made as per the said alterations and rescheduling notwithstanding anything stated in this Agreement.
