Termination and Appeal Procedures. In accordance with 1 CCR 302-1, the Institute shall provide the School written notice of the grounds for termination and the date of the termination hearing before the Institute Board. Prior to providing this notice, or in connection therewith, the Institute shall, in accordance with Institute rules, send the School a Notice of Breach. Termination shall not take effect until the School has exhausted or waived its opportunity to appeal such decision to the State Board.
